In our first meeting with Director Shen, we clearly felt his vision for the clinic’s brand: warm and welcoming, yet professional and trustworthy. This became the guiding principle throughout our design process. His deep passion for traditional Chinese medicine and genuine care for his patients gave us a clear direction, helping us reflect that same warmth and professionalism in the new website.

The redesigned site blends traditional Chinese medicine with a modern, clean look. Using soft purple tones that match the clinic's interior, the design creates a space that feels calm, inviting, and reliable.

We also focused on improving user experience. New features include a health blog and a Q&A section to build better communication between doctors and patients. The site is SEO-friendly to improve search visibility and make sure valuable content gets noticed.

In addition, the site is fully integrated with an external appointment system, making it easy for users to book visits online and manage their healthcare with ease.

This project stays true to the heart of Lixin’s brand while upgrading functionality and flexibility—ready to grow with the clinic’s future needs, both in service and in content.
